Nemanli Driver ("the App") is a driver-side ride-hailing application. This policy explains what data we collect, how it is used, and your choices.

Authentication tokens are stored on the device using the platform secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).
Provide the core service: receive, accept and complete ride requests; show your live location on the map and enable navigation; process earnings and payouts; enable rider–driver chat and ratings; improve reliability and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data.
The App requests location access (foreground) to display your position on the map and to match you with nearby ride requests. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
Account, ride and document data are retained while your account is active. You may request account closure and data deletion from within the App ("Close Account") or by emailing us.
The App is intended for professional drivers and is not directed at children under 16.
